Actually I know very few women who enjoy swallowing, but everytime this goes as a topic of conversation I cant stop thinking about a very old joke, which was popular among the kids.
Girl asks a sexual therapist/gynecologist (whatever):
"Hei, doc, can I get pregnant when I swallow cum?"
And he replies:
"Only if you are a cunt!"
Never gets old, priceless joke ;o)
